Specially for the cab, where the most heat is lost in winter, we have developed a magnetic external insulation.

365 days well insulated

In winter, the magnetic external insulation protects the interior from cold and at the same time prevents heat in the interior from being lost too quickly through the window surfaces. Insulating from the outside has the advantage that cold air does not hit the glass directly and therefore cannot enter the interior unimpeded. This is mainly due to the closed-cell foam (extreme insulator) in the core of the external insulation.

In summer, on the other hand, external insulation optimally shields the interior from solar radiation and heat from outside, thereby preventing the greenhouse effect.

No condensation water

Who hasn't experienced this problem? During a cold night, condensation forms on the inside of the window. This happens when the warm air in the camper cools against the much colder window and the moisture that is present in the room as steam condenses. Before you can continue your trip, you first have to wipe the windscreen dry. With Project Camper's external insulation, condensation on the window can be completely avoided.

Installation in a jiffy

The magnetic external insulation is placed precisely on the window and then adheres automatically to the body. For fixing to the windscreen, both windscreen wipers are folded onto the insulation and the sewn-in straps are placed around the door handles on the driver and passenger sides and secured. The straps of the side external insulation are attached to the mirror arms. In addition, all external insulation has large plastic eyelets that offer an individual fastening option in strong winds.
