Packaging and shipping costs:

Mainland France and Monaco: € 22.70
Germany: depending on weight between € 5.50 and € 15.50
Zone 1 (European Union): € 22.12 to € 24.01 depending on the VAT rate of the destination country
Zone 2 (Europe excluding EU): € 29.83 (excl. VAT)
Zone 3 (worldwide): € 40.76 (excl. VAT)
Zone 4 (rest of the world): € 51.26 (excl. VAT)

No delivery to the French overseas territories: we do not deliver to Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, French Southern and Antarctic Lands. Corsica and Monaco are included.

We ship from Germany with DHL.
Important: Orders containing the magnet thermal mat for the windscreen cannot be delivered to a parcel locker or pick-up point, as the parcel is too large.

Shipping within the European Union
For shipments within the European Union (EU), VAT at the rate of the respective destination country is calculated and displayed. The VAT rate is calculated automatically in the shopping cart once the destination country has been selected for the delivery address. For France, this is 20% VAT; all our prices include VAT.

Shipping outside the European Union (third country)
If a shipment is sent to a non-EU country, the shopping cart is automatically switched to prices excluding VAT. Any import VAT and/or customs duties are always payable by the recipient and are usually collected by the courier and/or customs office before delivery.
Customs duties may be charged on all goods, regardless of the reason for import. It is solely the responsibility of the recipient to find out about taxes, charges and customs duties that may be due when the shipment arrives in the destination country. Project Camper GmbH cannot provide information on the amount of import duties, as these depend on the destination country, the tax and the goods. We recommend that you contact the customs office or the embassy of the delivery country directly before the shipment is sent.

Payment
When ordering, you state your preferred payment method: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. We then review your order and, if we accept it, send you a secure payment link by email (payment provider Mollie); the contract is concluded when you receive this email. On the payment page you can pay with the stated method or choose another method offered. Production starts as soon as we have received your payment.

Delivery times
Our delivery times are currently up to 21 working days from receipt of payment.
