Pop-roof insulation with magnetic fastening for VW T6.1 with Terracamper roof

Custom-made pop-up roof insulation with magnetic attachment for VW T6.1 with Terracamper roof as thermal and acoustic insulation, blackout and wind protection. Thanks to extra strong magnets in the hem, the thermal mats can be attached in a matter of seconds. As attachment points for the magnets, metal pads are stuck onto the upper aluminium frame to which the bellows is fixed. This means no holes need to be drilled or other permanent changes made to the vehicle. The self-adhesive metal pads can be removed again at any time without leaving residue, if desired.

The blackout set for the pop-up roof consists of four parts connected with a high-quality (durable) hook-and-loop strap. When packing away, the parts can stay connected or be separated, for example to achieve a particularly compact size. In the side Magnet thermal mats (large triangles), two ventilation flaps are integrated, equivalent to the folding bellows, which are opened and closed with a zip.

Because the height of the pop-up roof varies slightly on each individual Marco Polo, the side sections of the insulation are made with excess material at the lower edge. The overhang is simply folded to the inside, so that no cold bridge occurs in this area.
